Tai Ji Quan Class

Moving for Better Balance is a class that emphasizes the importance of balance. This class is an adapted Tai Ji Quan program that incorporates mini therapeutic movements to increase a person’s functional movement and balance, while decreasing the risk of falls. This class will be held on Monday’s & Wednesday’s from 9AM- 10AM. Pre-registration & a balance screening is required to participate.
