B19-113                            NOTICE OF SEALED BID - FOR SALE OF TURBO AIR REFRIGERATOR

The Town of Derry is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a Turbo Air Refrigerator.

The sale of the equipment will be awarded to the highest bidder in accordance with the terms outlined below. The Town of Derry reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Bids shall be delivered in writing on the attached bid proposal form, signed by the bidder or authorized representative, and enclosed in a sealed envelope to Fire Administration, Town of Derry, 14 Manning Street, Derry, NH 03038.

All bids shall be plainly marked “Sealed Bid to Purchase Turbo Air Refrigerator”.

Bids must be received before 4 pm. on Friday, July 20, 2018, and any bid received after that time will not be considered.

The Refrigerator is being sold “as is” with no expressed or implied warranties.

The Refrigerator has been in use at the Central Fire Station for the on-duty staff. The Refrigerator is a 2-door free standing unit model # TSR-49SD. The purchaser is responsible for loading and transporting the unit from the site.

The Refrigerator is available for viewing at 131 East Broadway, Derry NH by appointment only. Arrangement for viewing and other inquiries regarding this piece of equipment should be directed to Assistant Chief Scott Jackson by calling (603) 432-6751.
