The Derry Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of programs both indoors and outdoors including but not limited to exercise & fitness classes for individuals age 50 years and better!
The following is a current list of fitness programs available. Programs that require a special registration form (or payment) will be noted. Registration forms are available through the attached link and in the Recreation office. Participation in any of the activities listed will require an Activity Waiver that can be completed or mailed to the Recreation office at 31 West Broadway, Derry, NH 03038. New forms are required each calendar year. Please make sure to notify the department if any information should change of the course of the year.

Lessons available. Veteran's Hall This FREE class is perfect for active older adults. The design of the class introduces easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination, while recreating the original Zumba moves you love at a lower-intensity.
