Beverly Donovan Hired as the new Economic Development Coordinator

The Town of Derry is pleased to announce the appointment of Beverly Donovan to the position of Economic Development Coordinator. Ms. Donovan's appointment was confirmed by the Derry Town Council at its February 6th meeting,

Donovan is currently serving as the President of the Haverhill, MA Chamber of Commerce, and brings a wide array of experiences to the position, including serving as the Director of Economic Development for the Haverhill Chamber; a commercial real estate advisor serving the Derry area and former small business owner. Donovan is a Salem resident and has lived in southern New Hampshire her entire life.

"We look forward to Bev applying her skills and experiences to advance Derry's Economic Development Strategic Plan", Caron commented. "Formerly involved in both commercial real estate and with the Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber, Bev is anxious to reconnect with the local business community and state development officials to help grow Derry's economy."

Donovan holds a Master's Degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University and will begin working with the Town on February 20.
