Procedure for Filing for State Representative or Delegate with the Town Clerk

At the current time the Derry Municipal Center is closed to the public and conducting transactions at the drive-thru only. The filing period for State offices is June 3-12 closing at 5PM on the last day. Anyone wishing to file for State Representative or Delegate is asked to review the following procedures.

When arriving at the Municipal Center, please contact the Town Clerk's office directly at 603-432-6105. Someone from our office will meet you in the parking lot wearing a mask. We ask that you stay a safe distance away when possible. Appointments are helpful, but not required.

For our safety and yours, we suggest but don't require the following:

1. Wearing a mask
2. Bringing your own pen
3. Having exact cash/check ready if filing for State Representative ($2)


The Town Clerk's office is open Monday - Friday from 8AM to 4PM. On the last Friday of the filing period, the office will be open from 4PM-5PM for filing only.
