You can reach the Derry Police Department Records Office Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm


If you call to inquire about the status of a police investigation, please provide the following information (if known):
  • Case or incident number
  • Date the matter was filed with the Derry Police Department
If you are requesting a copy of an Accident or Incident:
  • Complete the online Request Form
  • Bring the form and photo ID to the Derry Police Department
Arrest Reports/Discovery: If you are calling to obtain a copy of your arrest report for a court date, there are two ways of obtaining a copy.
  • Have your lawyer request the report
  • You may contact the prosecutor's office at police headquarters.
If you are requesting a copy of your arrest report for yourself, you must do so in writing.
  • The letter must be addressed to the Prosecutor (specify if the case is a Juvenile matter).
  • In the letter, you need to provide the following information:
    • your name
    • date of birth
    • the date of your arrest
    • the reason for your arrest
    • the court date that has been issued to you
    • an address where you want the report mailed.
