You can reach the Derry Police Department Records Office Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
If you call to inquire about the status of a police investigation, please provide the following information (if known):
- Case or incident number
- Date the matter was filed with the Derry Police Department
- Complete the online Request Form
- Bring the form and photo ID to the Derry Police Department
- Have your lawyer request the report
- You may contact the prosecutor's office at police headquarters.
- The letter must be addressed to the Prosecutor (specify if the case is a Juvenile matter).
- In the letter, you need to provide the following information:
- your name
- date of birth
- the date of your arrest
- the reason for your arrest
- the court date that has been issued to you
- an address where you want the report mailed.
