Bone Builders is co-sponsored by RSVP and is excellent for building bone density, increasing muscular strength and balance, and preventing osteoporosis. Participants go through a series of weight training and balance exercises and must have a doctor's permission to attend.
We are currently looking for a few individuals to go through the training to become a volunteer instructor.
