Press Release - Derry, NH Electric Vehicle Charging Station

Derry, NH – June 4, 2018

The Town of Derry announces the completion of a new electric car charging station, located at the Derry Municipal Center parking lot, 14 Manning Street. ReVision Energy installed four (4) charger units, consisting of three (3) Tesla 50 Amp chargers and one (1) Clipper Creek 40 Amp universal charger. Tesla provided subsidies to significantly reduce the cost of the equipment and labor to $2,377.

The public is encouraged to plug into the EV charging units at the Derry Municipal Center parking lot. There are no fees or restrictions in accessing the charging equipment. The Derry Municipal Center parking lot is conveniently located less than 300 feet from Derry’s downtown, home to several restaurants, shops and other services.
