B19-112                            NOTICE OF SEALED BID - FOR SALE OF AMERICAN RANGE STOVE

The Town of Derry is accepting sealed bids for the sale of an American Range Stove.

The sale of the equipment will be awarded to the highest bidder in accordance with the terms outlined below. The Town of Derry reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Bids shall be delivered in writing on the attached bid proposal form, signed by the bidder or authorized representative, and enclosed in a sealed envelope to Fire Administration, Town of Derry, 14 Manning Street, Derry, NH 03038.

All bids shall be plainly marked “Sealed Bid to Purchase American Range Stove”.

Bids must be received before 4 pm. on Friday, July 20, 2018, and any bid received after that time will not be considered.

The Stove is being sold “as is” with no expressed or implied warranties.

The Stove has been in use at the Central Fire Station for cooking meals for the on-duty staff. The unit incorporates 6 natural gas piloted top burners, a griddle and 2 lower ovens. The purchaser is responsible for loading and transporting the stove from the site.
