Electric Aggregation Committee

The Electric Aggregation Committee is charged with the review and development of Election Aggregation Program for the Town of Derry, whereby residents and businesses may aggregate their electric needs to provide such customers access to competitive markets for supplies of electricity and related energy services.  The Committee shall operate within the provisions of RSA 53-E and report back to the Town Council with its finndings and recommendations on an Aggregation Plan by December 31, 2023.
