N22-030 Water Main Replacement & Road Construction on Highland Ave Begins after August 24, 2022, the expected end date for paving the road is mid-November

This project will effect every house on Highland Ave and the entire length of Highland Ave.  

Phases of the project (simplified):

1) Temporary water service will be installed for every house and unit on Highland Ave.  

2) Excavation to the existing water main piping. 

3) Lay new underground piping.

4) Water main is tested.

5) Temporary water services are removed.

6) The new road with new base coat is the final phase of the project.  Expected end date for paving the road is mid-November.
