Community Caregivers

Community Caregivers assist those that are frail, elderly, temporarily or permanently disabled, and those individuals recuperating from or dealing with chronic illness. Caregivers covers the towns of Derry, Londonderry, Windham, Sandown, Chester, and Hampstead. There is no charge for services. Services include help with errands, visitations, chores, limited respite care, transportation, referrals, and a Loaner’s Closet for durable medical equipment.

Gateways for Seniors

Gateways for Seniors supports in home senior care, provides a full range of personal care and homemaker services, and are licensed by the State of NH since 2002. Care is either privately paid for or if the senior is eligible through the NH Medicaid Choices for Independence a consumer directed program.

A national organization that promotes independence, security, and joy through the provision of in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults. Right at Home caregivers are screened, trained, bonded, and insured employees who provide services from a few hours per week to around-the-clock based on individual needs.
