Supervisors of the Checklist Sessions
The Supervisors of the Checklist will meet in session at the Derry Municipal Center to accept voter registration applications and approve pending applications and changes to the checklist on:
Tuesday, January 24, 2023
from 7 – 7:30PM
Derry Municipal Center
2nd Floor Room 207
Residents must be on the voter checklist to vote at the deliberative session.
The January 24th meeting of the Supervisors of the Checklist is the last opportunity to be added to the voter checklist before both the Deliberative Session and Town and School filing period.
Saturday, March 4th
From 11-11:30AM
2nd Floor Room 207
This session is the last opportunity to add new voters, remove voters, and make any
changes to a voter’s name and/or address before Election Day.
After March 4th, residents can register at the polls on Election Day.
Options for Registering to Vote
Residents can complete registration applications or update a registration with the Town Clerk during normal business hours M-F from 8AM – 4PM from now until March 3rd.
at the Supervisors of the Checklist session on Jan 24th from 7 – 7:30PM
New Hampshire also has Election-day Registration at every election.
Check Your Registration / Track Your Absentee Ballot
Registered voters can check their registrations and track absentee ballots online using the
Voter Information Look-up: https://app.sos.nh.gov/viphome
The voter checklist is posted at the Derry Municipal Center (in the lobby) and at the Reference Desk at the Derry Public Library.

Filing period
The filing period for town and school district offices is January 25th – February 3rd.
Candidates must be on the voter checklist for the district they seek to represent.
