Walking is great for the body and spirit! Come by yourself or bring along a friend to participate in the walking program at Veterans Hall weekday mornings and afternoons. Here are five reasons to start walking with us today!
Want to walk for fitness? 26 Laps around the Veterans Hall gymnasium equal one (1) mile!
Weather not optimal for outdoor walking? Our gymnasium is equipped with a fantastic heating and cooling system. The gym floors are well maintained and cleaned daily.
Want to make new friends? Currently our morning and afternoon sessions have regular participants but new comers are always welcome!
New to the program? The office staff is happy to point you in the right direction. All new participants are asked to fill out a waiver inside the office the first day they attend.
How much do we charge? This program is free of charge and the program is open to residents and non-residents alike!
