Walking for Wellness Schedule, Varied Schedule, on your own
Begins February 17, 2021, FREE
Indoor walking is a great way to keep active during the winter months and at your own pace. Pre-registration and a check- in at the office is required prior to each day of participation. Current Walking Schedule is as follows but may be modified in the future:
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s: 9:30am-11:30am
Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s 11:30am-1:30pm
Zumba Gold, Tuesday’s at 12pm with Instructor Dawn B.
Begins February 16, 2021, FREE
Zumba Gold is an easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It is the total-body wellness program that feels like a party while it revitalizes your mind and body. The biggest difference between Zumba Gold and other Zumba classes is that Zumba gold is done at a much lower intensity. It's just as much fun just not as fast!
Line Dancing, Wednesday’s & Friday’s at 10am – 11:30am with Instructor Sharon D.
$3 for residents $5 for non-residents
Line Dancing is an easy-to-follow program that takes a pre choreographed set of steps and turns it into a sequenced dance. Line Dancing is a great way to get fit plus you don’t need a partner so it’s great for making new friends. The biggest difference between the Wednesday class and Friday class is the intensity. Wednesday is perfect for beginners while the Friday class is more for the intermediate dancer.
